Q: When will my order ship?

If your piece is ready-to-ship, I’ll get it out the door within 3 business days.

If it’s a pre-order or made-to-order piece, it usually takes 2–4 weeks (don’t worry — that timeline will always be noted in the product listing so you know what to expect).

Q: How do you ship orders?

All orders ship with USPS — you can pick what works best for you at checkout:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: affordable + comes with tracking + $100 insurance (usually 2–5 days).
  • USPS Priority Mail: faster, with tracking + $100 insurance (usually 2–3 days).
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: the fastest (1–3 days) and money-back guaranteed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Right now, I ship only within the United States. (International is on my radar for the future ✨).


Tracking & Delivery

Q: Will I get tracking info?

Yes! Every order comes with tracking so you can follow your package’s journey.

Q: What if tracking hasn’t updated in a while?

It happens — USPS sometimes skips scans, but your package is almost always still moving. If it hasn’t updated for 7+ business days, just reach out and I’ll help track it down.

Q: What if my package says delivered, but it’s not here?

I know this one’s stressful. Sometimes USPS marks packages delivered a little early, or leaves them with a neighbor. Your best first step is to check with your local post office. Once USPS shows a package as delivered, I can’t refund, but I’ll absolutely support you in opening a claim with them.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my piece?

Short answer is yes, get more details on how in our Return Policy. The quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for what you want. Once your return is approved, I’ll process it right away.


Repairs & Replacements

Q: What if my jewelry breaks?

Life happens! If your piece breaks within 3 months of purchase, send it back for repair or replacement. I’ll cover your return shipping once I get it, and repairs usually take about 2 weeks.


Customer Responsibilities

Q: What if I entered the wrong address?

Double-check your shipping info at checkout! If an order gets sent back because of an address error, you’ll need to cover the reshipment.
